Applicant Experience: Education Data Request

Hi, today I'd like to walk you through the applicant experience when connecting their Education data with MeasureOne. This experience is the same whether the order was placed with Measure One via an integration such as TazWorks or Accio, or using our self-service customer dashboard, all of which we can support. 

So let’s get started! The applicant is first taken to this screen. They receive an email with a link to complete the request, and when they click on that request, this is the screen they are taken to. This explains MeasureOne's role in the data process and reiterates that we do not sell personal information, and we only share the data to which the applicant consents. They’ll click continue.

This next screen explains how the applicant can complete the request via credentialed sign in to their school account or by uploading a document. Today we will complete the verification by connecting to a school account. MeasureOne has 99% coverage of Higher Education institutions in the US, Canada, the UK, and India, so typically, a user will find their school. 

Now they can easily search for their school name, and I'm going to search for my school. We also support various flows, as some institutions have a different process, whether you are a current student or a former student. 

For example, for the NJ Institute of technology, I’ll say I attended after 1995 and I’m taken here to the school's login screen where I can input my school credentials. In the event that the user does not remember their password, they can simply click here on "Trouble logging in". And by clicking on "Reset password", they will be taken directly to the school's website to recover their credentials, making the process as simple and streamlined as possible.

So, I'm going to input credentials here and then click "Connect".

So that completes the applicant experience. Now the company making the request will receive a summary report, which I'll show you now.
