(0:00)Hi, today I'd like to walk you through the applicant experience when connecting their Education data with MeasureOne. And this experience is the same whether the order was placed with Measure One via Tazworks, Accio or using our self-service customer dashboard, all of which we can support. So, the experience begins with an email that is sent to the user and a call to action to complete the connection of the data request. When they click on the button, they're taken to a screen that looks just like this, explaining the role MeasureOne plays in the process and ensuring the user that their data is safe and secure. Click "Continue".
(0:39)This screen explains how MeasureOne completes the verification by connecting to the user's school account. Click "Continue". Now they can easily search for their school name, and I'm going to search for my school. And MeasureOne has 98% coverage of US and Canada higher ed, so typically, a user will find their school, and then we support various flows, as some institutions have a different process, whether you are a current student or a former student.
(1:17)So, if I were to select the former student flow but attended after 1995, I am taken here to the school's login screen where I can input my school credentials. In the event that the user does not remember their password, they can simply click here on "Trouble logging in". And by clicking on "Reset password", they will be taken directly to the school's website to recover their credentials, making the process as simple and streamlined as possible.
(1:51)So once they go through password recovery, they can come back to this screen and finish inputting their credentials. So, I'm going to input credentials here and then click "Connect".
(2:11)Oh, looks like I did the wrong credentials. Let me try that again. Click "Connect".
(2:21)Oh, and complete. So that completes the applicant experience. As you can see, as the user, your education, your school account has been successfully connected. Now the company making the request will receive a summary report, which I'll show you now. So, I'm going to click here on "Academic Summary View Report".
