Our Terms of Service with our customers require them to obtain the consent of their end users and clients to our use and processing of the information and data we receive in connection with the use of our services.

An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, should direct their query to the customer (the data controller) from which MeasureOne receives information and data or which requested or directed that you provide information and data to MeasureOne to obtain or use its applications, products, services or offerings. Our obligations with respect to information and data we receive are to our customers; persons who upload or submit information and data to us at the request of our customers should first contact that customer about information and data that MeasureOne may possess. If our customer requests, in writing, that we remove personal information and data of any person to comply with data protection regulations, MeasureOne will respond to that written request within thirty (30) days after its receipt.

MeasureOne will refer any request for disclosure of personal data by a law enforcement authority to the customer to which the request relates. European Privacy Rights

MeasureOne will process personal information and data for the legitimate interests of MeasureOne, or, when legally required, with explicit consent. If a user provided consent for the processing of personal information, the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before that consent was withdrawn.
