We’ve streamlined the way users can notify you of an expired data request link. Your users can now request an updated link directly from you rather than through us to complete their data request. This means you’ll get the data you need faster without roadblocks.
📲 Bulk import:
Customers now have the ability to bulk import data requests simply by importing a .csv, reducing the manual load and time taken to request the data you need from your many consumers. Just upload the .csv, choose the data request settings, and we’ll take care of the rest.
🔐 Streamlined MFA process:
We’ve updated our multi-factor authentication (MFA) experience for consumers, providing a native experience based on the account they are connecting to. This means that the consumer experience is seamless, no matter the account. A better consumer experience means that you get the data you’re requesting faster than ever.
